Early registration is recommended (four months in advance).
The Emergency Nurses Association Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC): Challenge is intended for those who have previously taken TNCC and wish to forgo all lectures and skills stations.
Participants will attend only the testing stations and take the written examination on Sunday afternoon, 1 to 5 p.m.
ENA will issue a card verifying the successful completion of the TNCC. Expiration of verification occurs four years from the first day of the month in which the card was issued.
The TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course Provider Manual 7th Edition is available for purchase through CPPN; the textbook will be sent to participants upon payment. Directions to complete the pre-course modules and a pre-test will be e-mailed to participants approximately 30 days prior to the class date.
Prerequisites and preparation
Only registered nurses will be awarded verification cards.
It is imperative that participants study the textbook, complete the pre-course modules and pre-test prior to the class to prepare for active participation and successful completion.

One month before course date. Please register early; course is limited to 24 participants.
UC Davis employees
$140 ($208 w/ textbook).
$190 ($258 w/ textbook).
Cancellation must be requested one month prior to the class date to receive a full refund. A $50 service fee will be charged after this date. An $80 materials fee will be assessed if the textbook has been given to the registrant. No refunds will be given fourteen days prior to the course date. If the provider cancels the course, full refunds will be given to registrants.

Free parking is available on 50th Street during the weekend. Parking is also available in lot 25, approximately one block from the Broadway Building on 50th Street next to the MIND Institute. Park with a UC Davis parking permit, or purchase a daily permit for $6 ($3 weekend rate).
