This course is for RNs who care for adult patients undergoing cardiac monitoring. It covers concepts/principles for measuring and interpreting all common cardiac rhythms, including sinus, atrial, junctional, and ventricular dysrhythmias. Heart blocks and pacemaker rhythms will also be covered. Attendees will practice measuring and interpretation of rhythms in class. Clinical assessment and nursing management will be reviewed for common dysrhythmias.
C.E. contact hours
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 26, for 21.75 contact hours.
Attendees will not receive C.E. credit if they are more than 20 minutes late; no partial credit can be awarded.
