Physician Fee Schedule
The 2008 Physician Fee Schedule database is designed to provide information on services covered by the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, along with corresponding APC information. (i.e. APC code, relative weight, national payment rate & national/minimum unadjusted co pay amount)
The Medicare physician fee schedule pricing amounts are adjusted to reflect the variation in practice costs according to the Sacramento area. All information is based on CMS Physician Fee Schedule tables.
