Bonnie Raingruber, R.N., Ph.D.
Is the Primary Investigator of the program, facilitates the mentee / mentor meetings, orders books, manages the budget, coordinates the program contests, conducts the qualitative and survey-based evaluations, and maintains responsibility for the mentee-mentor assignments.
Carol Robinson, R.N., M.P.A., C.N.A.A., F.A.A.N.
Supports the overall mentoring-for-success program goals by providing time for nurses to attend all scheduled classes.
Lucy Wysocki, R.N., M.S.
Works with mentees to schedule the standardized evaluations, access simulation trainings, and online courses. Lucy also supports the overall mentoring-for-success program goals.
Jim Hill, R.N.
Co-facilitates the mentee and mentor meetings and supports the overall mentoring-for-success program goals.
Peter Rutan, R.N.
Coordinates the simulation trainings and supports the overall mentoring-for-success program goals.
