Sandy Graham, R.D., M.H.A. received her Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Chapman University in 2003 and their certificate program in Organizational Leadership.  She received her Bachelor's of Science degree in Nutrition Science from the University of California, Davis, with a minor in Food Service Management. She has worked at UC Davis Health System since 1991 and with the Center for Nursing Education as of December 1999.

As the manager of the department and a Registered Dietitian, Sandy is involved in planning, developing, coordinating and teaching continuing education and wellness programs for staff and patients.

Sandy has been a manager in CNE for 5 years and a Registered Dietitian for over twenty years working in a variety of management and education positions. Her experience at UC Davis Health System includes Principal Dietitian for Patient Services, Dietary and Clinical Dietitian (both inpatient and outpatient settings). Prior experience includes Director of Nutrition Services, Mercy Medical Center, Redding, CA; Consulting Dietitian for long-term care facilities and for a home infusion therapy company; and Nutrition Consultant for Sacramento County primary care clinics.

Sandy is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Golden Empire District Diabetes Educators and the National Nurses Staff Development Organization.
