Hilda provides extensive administrative assistance to the CNE staff. Hilda has worked for the University of California system since 1971. She began her career at Argonne National Laboratory, Chicago, Illinois and transferred to the Lawrence Livermore Laboratory, Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory where she worked for 18 years. She then moved to Folsom and worked in the Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering Department and the College of Engineering at UC Davis, Davis Campus. In 1996, she transferred to the UC Davis Health System.
Hilda received her Business Management Certification from Merritt College and Contra Costa College in Oakland, California. Her motto is “to improve the mood and the methodology of any work place one needs to be helpful, courteous, cheerful and encouraging to others”. She incorporates this philosophy on a daily basis when interacting with staff.
