Brian Underwood studied Computer Science at California State University, Long Beach and graduated with a degree in General Science. Before moving to the Sacramento area in 2004, Brian worked for Nestlé and Hewlett Packard as part of a team of deployment engineers assisting in the migration of 13,000 desktop and laptop computers located throughout North America from Windows NT to Windows 2000.
Joining the Center for Nursing Education in 2004, Brian has been involved in managing databases, is the system administrator for the online education system, Healthstream, designed and maintains the Center for Nursing Education Web site as well as assists in coordinating classes.
Brian is interested in computer programming and Web site development. Brian has worked on developing many of the Patient Care Services Web sites including the Center for Nursing Research and Patient Care Services.
