Welcome to the Nursing Grand Rounds presentation post-test and evaluation system.

1. Open the HealthStream Learning Center (HLC). Note: (Internet Explorer is the required Web browser; The HLC currently does not work with Macintosh or Linux platforms).
   
   
2. To log in enter your user ID.  Your user ID is the last four digits of your social security number + first letter of your first name + last name. For example: If Jane Smith’s last four digits of her social security number are 5555, her log on would be 5555jsmith. Note: If your last name is more than 10 letters, only use the first 10 letters. Use your legal name as it appears on record with Human Resources. Your password is your birth month and day. For example: if Jane Smith was born March 7, 19xx, her password would be 0307.
   
   
3. Search for the post-test and evaluation of the Nursing Grand Rounds presentation you recently viewed by clicking on the Catalog tab and opening the catagory view or by searching one of the following:
   • Nursing Grand Rounds or NGR
   • Course number
   • Key title word of the presentation
     
     
4. The post-test and evaluation form must be completed in order to receive your continuing education unit(s). Only one chance will be given to pass the post-test with a score of 80% or better.
   
   
5. Once you have completed the post-test and evaluation you may print your certificate of completion. Click My Transcripts, then click View Certificate, you then may open this in a print friendly view.
