Course description
This course will help learners expand their knowledge of post-exposure prophylaxis, Hepatitis C, new vaccines, and epidemics after natural disasters. Participants will also learn about clostridium difficile and influenza. Current trends related to VRE and MRSA will also be discussed. All infectious disease discussion will include prevention plans and treatment modalities.
C.E. credit
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 26, for 5.0 contact hours.

UC Davis employees
$25 registration deposit. Registration deposit is returned upon completion of class. Cancellation must be requested five days prior to class date to receive deposit refund.
Community registrants
$50 registration fee. Refund must be requested five days prior to class date and will be subject to a $25 service charge.

Parking
Free parking is available at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel. Parking is available in lot 12 across the street from the hotel for UC Davis staff.
