Listen to Self-study Modules - Download "War on Pain"
The Office of Continuing Medical Education has created these audio files as an outreach for California physicians. These files may be downloaded to your computer for free. There is a fee only if you want to obtain CME Credit for this activity. Continuing Medical Education at UC Davis Health System (School of Medicine, Medical Center and Medical Group) designates this educational activity for a maximum of 12.0 AMA PRA™ Category 1 Credit. Each event is credited for one hour of CME. This series was created without any pharmaceutical support. It features UC Davis pain specialists who are faculty physicians in the field of pain and palliative medicine. The program however, is designed for primary care physicians.
The audio presentations are in MP3 format. The audio presentations can be listened to on your computer or downloaded onto your computer or portable devise. There are copies of the lecture slides in the "Power Point handout - PDF" below each presentations.
To listen to a presentation: double clicking on link will open file and auto start the presentation. It will take 1-5 minutes to open in your computer. You may need to download Quicktime to play event.
To download a presentation: right click, click on "Save Target As" and you may then save file. The files are for one hour presentations. This creates long download times. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes for each download.
