Asthma/COPDAsthma/COPD: Easy Breathing
Easy Breathing is a 2 hour class for patients with ongoing lung conditions such as asthma, emphysema or chronic bronchitis. This class is taught by a registered nurse and covers the following:
- Daily self management of your lung condition
- Appropriate use of medications
- Dealing with anxiety
- Responding to respiratory emergencies
These classes are open to UC Davis Health System patients and are offered in the Lawrence J. Ellison Ambulatory Care Center (Ellison Building) in Sacramento. If you would like to register for a class, please contact your doctor’s office or call (916) 734-0718.
