I-5 LogoIf your route takes you in the direction of downtown Sacramento, we strongly suggest you plan for major delays and detours due to construction that will entirely close sections of Interstate 5 near the city core until at least late July. Alternate routes will also be impacted and delays of up to an hour are possible in some places. Please allow extra time to reach your appoinment or clinic. Cleft and Craniofacial: Maps and Directions

The cleft and craniofacial team is located on the 5th floor of the Glassrock Building, 2521 Stockton Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95817, located with the Department of Otolaryngology. Note that parking is available for patients around and under the Glassrock Building

Directions to UC Davis Medical Center

From Davis, San Francisco and West
  1. Take Business 80, East-Reno to Highway 50-Placerville.
  2. Exit at 34th Street.
  3. Turn left on 34th Street to T Street.
  4. Take a right on T Street to Stockton Boulevard.
  5. Turn right on Stockton Boulevard, and travel three blocks to UC Davis Children's Hospital.

From Placerville and East

  1. Take Highway 50 to Stockton Boulevard exit.
  2. Turn left on Stockton Boulevard and travel five blocks to UC Davis Children's Hospital.

From Reno, North and East

  1. Take Business 80 to Highway 50-Placerville.
  2. Exit at 34th Street. Turn left on 34th Street to T Street.
  3. Take a right on T Street to Stockton Boulevard.
  4. Turn right on Stockton Boulevard, and travel three blocks to UC Davis Children's Hospital.

From Stockton, Los Angeles and South

  1. Follow Highway 99 to Business 80-Reno.
  2. Exit at T Street.
  3. Turn right on T Street to Stockton Boulevard.
  4. Turn right on Stockton Boulevard, and travel three blocks to UC Davis Children's Hospital.
From Sacramento Metro Airport and North
  1. Take Interstate-5 to Business 80-Reno to Highway 50-Placerville.
  2. Exit at 34th Street.
  3. Turn left on 34th Street to T Street.
  4. Take a right on T Street to Stockton Boulevard.
  5. Turn right on Stockton Boulevard, and travel three blocks to UC Davis Children's Hospital.

Parking

The parking structure is located on the first floor. We do not validate parking. You may obtain an extended parking pass at a reduced fee. These are available from the parking attendant in the parking structure.
