To schedule an initial screening appointment with the cleft and craniofacial team at UC Davis Children's Hospital, you or your family physician may call (916) 734-2452.
The team coordinator also can assist you in obtaining educational materials, including our special video on feeding. You will receive detailed information about the morning schedule, parking and the cleft and craniofacial team.
The Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic is on the fifth floor of the Glassrock Building, 2521 Stockton Blvd., in Sacramento. It is within the Department of Otolaryngology. Parking is available for patients in a garage under the Glassrock Building, as well as in nearby outdoor lots.
