Jose Antonio Quiros, M.D.
Jose Quiros heads the Pediatric Inflammatory Bowel Disease Clinic at UC Davis Medical Center and conducts research in the epidemiology and genetics of inflammatory bowel disease in the pediatric population. He also studies nutrition and anti-oxidants in child health and is currently investigating Vitamin A in premature infants.
