Fall classes begin the week of July 28 and end the week of  December 15.  On-line classes will have orientations the last week of July.

Please print one application form for each course, fill out completely and attach the required documentation.

Important:

• A $25.00 refundable deposit is required. 
• Checks or money orders only,  made payable to "UC Regents". 
• Post-date the check for the start date of the class.  The check or money order will be returned at the end of the first class meeting. 
• Deposit is forfeited if registration is not canceled at least 5 workdays before the class date or for non-attendance.

Application Deadline: July 21, 2008

After review of the prerequisite documentation submitted with your application, you will be notified of your application status. There is the possibility that classes may be full.  Early registration is strongly suggested.
