Basic CPT-4 and ICD-9-CM Coding (online with a 2-hour instructor led lab each week)

This is an online course requiring an e-mail address and access to a computer and the Internet.  All courses require an application, which must be received prior to the acceptance deadline of July 21, 2008

Prerequisites must be met

For acceptance into Basic CPT/ICD-9 Coding, a certificate of completion or transcript of medical terminology as well as college-level transcript demonstrating successful completion of anatomy and physiology or proof of passing the UC Davis Health System's challenge exam(s) must accompany your registration form. If this documentation is not included, the form will be returned to you.
