Advice nurses are available to help current UC Davis Cancer Center patients from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays. Advice nurses can answer such questions as how to manage treatment side effects. They can also contact your doctor for you between appointments.

If you are a new patient, please note that the advice nurse will not be able to assist you until after you have been seen by one of our doctors.

If you have an urgent medical question after hours, please dial (916) 734-2011 and ask the operator to page the physician on call.

If you have a medical emergency, day or night, dial 9-1-1.
