CureSearch unites the world's largest childhood cancer research organization, the Children's Oncology Group, and the National Childhood Cancer Foundation in a shared mission to cure and prevent childhood and adolescent cancer.
The National Cancer Institute, a component of the National Institutes of Health, is the federal government's principal agency for cancer research and training. It supports research throughout the world focusing on the cause, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of cancer, rehabilitation from cancer, and the continuing care of cancer patients and the families of cancer patients.
