Banking on Change for Children

An initiative to raise $1.5 million for the UC Davis CAARE Diagnostic and Treatment Center Mental Health Services and Research Endowment Fund.

More than 4,000 children are abused or neglected in Sacramento County each year. Foster care costs an average of $2,000 per child, per month, and is not a permanent solution. You can help.

Join the "Banking on Change for Children" initiative led by Sacramento Commercial Bank to benefit the UC Davis CAARE Diagnostic and Treatment Center. Their initial gift of $50,000 got the fundraising effort started, with a total goal of $1.5 million.

Together with their gift and your help, the UC Davis CAARE Diagnostic and Treatment Center will be able to ensure that families gain the relationship skills they need today, to keep children safe for life.
