Research interests

  • DNA damage and its repair in the context of its nucleosomal and higher order chromatin structure. Chromatin structure and function, particularly factors involved in determining the active state of chromatin.
  • Structure of DNA/protein complexes by scanning probe microscopy.
  • Mass spectroscopy analysis: Genomics.
