Research Interests

Basic and Translational Neuroscience/Stem Cell Research - Our lab is interested in studying mechanisms of nervous system development, disease, and repair. Emphasis is on neuronal and glial cell death, excitotoxic, oxidative and inflammatory forms of injury to the developing brain, stem cell biology, and regenerative medicine.
