David A. White, M.D.
Clinical/Research InterestsDavid A. White's clinical interests include fiber optic intubation and airway management. He reviewed the anesthesia and analgesia manuscript for critical and trauma care at UC Davis Medical Center, and also served as a consultant and reviewer for the FDA study of the drug mivacurium. White's research interests focus on regulation of skeletal muscle acetylcholine receptors and their effect on neuromuscular blockers, effects of cholinesterase inhibitors on neuromuscular blocking action of suxamethonium, and the relationship of systolic pressure and stroke volume to myocardial contractility. |
