May 2-4, 2014, Los Angeles, California

The Western Anesthesia Residents' Conference (WARC) is held annually and provides an opportunity for residents to present their research and challenging cases. WARC was established in 1963 at the University of California, San Francisco under the guidance of Stuart Cullen and Edmond Eger.

This year, 19 of our residents presented at the Western Anesthesia Residents Conference hosted by Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Dr Damoon Rejaei's poster titled 'A Novel Approach to  the Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Complex Pain: A Retrospective Review of Bipolar Radiofrequency Ablation Applied in a Palisade Pattern' won the first prize in chronic pain category. We are extremely proud of all of the residents that participated. Next year WARC will be hosted by University of Washington on May 1-3, 2015.
